The novellas show the progression of Mia and Luke relationship and the fun they are having with one another as well as with "Hellboy" the dog - trying to decide were his home is where Sondra and her husband lives (Mia's friends) or with Luke and Mia (When she is around).
While it was a nice and sweet double-novella it was a bit too cheesy IMO. I mean, it basically shows the two of them growing more attached to one another but there isn't a real "story" beside that. For me it felt a bit lacking, I wish there was more to this one besides the growing romance - a bit more about their past, families, work.. something MORE than just the two of them together, eating and having sex.. ya know..
