Three Little Words by Charlie Cochet

SUCH a sweet novella. Fun, steamy and engaging.

Dr Nicolaus Scofield or as everyone calls him - Nico - is on his way to Athens to find the gold owl Artemis bracelet. For Nico people are secondary to his treasure hunting. Working at the Met museum archaeological items from ancient times are his thing. Besides he is horrible at human interaction saying the wrong things at the inappropriate times.

The last thing on his mind would be a date when he is stressed the treasure thief "Agon" is probably also on his way to steal the Artemis bracelet. But date it is.. as it gives him the the opportunity to take the bracelet on his nightly visit with said date.

His date is Aedan Armstrong, charming and sexy. They hit it off right from the start and find themselves having sex even before they arrive for their dinner location. They somehow fit. They are intrigued by one another, have fun together no matter what they do and it's been a while for both of them as they are both quite "work oriented".

Not that Nico knows what Aedan REALLY does for a living.. But when he DOES find out he is actually Agon he is more disappointed than angry, he liked the guy.. and he is sad he is missed out on a chance not to reclaim the Artemis bracelet but to find his other half.

Though I LOVED this story I'll admit their connection and interaction was HIGHLY unlikely especially with the short period they got to know each other / be together. But you know what? I enjoyed it, their banter, their sexy times as well as how funny they were together. They WORKED and I guess for someone like Nico especially it's a true novelty.
